Didi Ananda Uttama has been an acharya or renunciate nun since the early ‘80s in the socio-spiritual movement, Ananda Marga. In the 1970’s, Didi was active in the then-fledgling homebirth movement in southern Oregon. Her work as Didi, teaching meditative practices of Tantra Yoga and running service projects, has always retained a close connection to the journey of mothers and children.
Claudia Matta is a Physician Assistant, certified Neuroencoding Specialist, and Biodynamic Mind and Body work practitioner who is dedicated to helping women reconnect with themselves. With a passion for guiding busy women through stress and burnout, she teaches gentle relaxation practices to create safe, nourishing spaces for healing. Her mission is to help women rediscover who they truly are and embrace a life of peace, balance, and joy.
